About US:
We are a local value chain-driven company founded to fill the needs of the hotel and real estate development markets to create, procure, design, and produce home goods for these markets. Supporting tourism in the local value chain, with a circular economy, We saw a need and gap in this market and wanted a way to be able to connect our network of craftsmen and producers that the designer Sara Hemed has worked with over the years to the hospitality and emerging real estate development markets. Having built and sourced hotels, she saw the demand and created Zanzibar Interiors back in 2017. We work with a large network of furniture makers, tailors, weavers, artists, signmakers, and more to supply these home goods to homes and hotels around Zanzibar.
